 human practice

read if you want, just a heads up;  i'm not saying drawing anthros is bad, but think about the future and how slim a chance you have of being successful of them 
so i was watching a furry hate video and i thought to myself "is this what people really want to watch?"
what i mean by that is most furry animators want to grow up and be an animator as a career. but how many shows have you seen with anthro characters ? sure there's stuff like (idk) but it looks nothing like how us with cartoony styles draw, and there is not a lot compared to human cartoons. with a few exceptions, most of must may have to grow out of being a furry if we want to ever have a show or something. there are shows that have anthros in it as well as humans but eh. this takes me back to when i visited my college SVA. the lady giving us a tour pointed to some intro drawings and said "there are also some animal drawings, but we mostly do humans here, they are successful" and it didn't mean much to me until now. so i will now start to draw humans and rely on that as a back up. yes, i'll still be drawing cheese and the others but i will be drawing more humans, possibly even starting to animate them. i tried to do that from my steven universe map that i dropped out of because the humans were too hard, but i will just have to practice and have patience (which i do not have) and hope for the best. sorry for my mumbo jumbo thingy i just wrote, i don't get my thoughts out very good.

anyways, any tips on how i can improve this ???? especially on the shading
